Oh My! A Fly!

This painting depicts a healthy rainbow trout rising to investigate what appears to be a yummy fly, but it’s really a fisherman’s fly. Uhhh ohhh! I painted this fish in a creek setting that I hiked past on East Boulder Creek in the Trinity Alps Wilderness in Siskiyou County, California.
