Snowflake Festival 2002, Winter Wonderland

I was commissioned by the city of Klamath Falls to create a design for their annual Snowflake Festival. The theme always had to incorporate Perky the Pelican who was their mascot. They chose the theme of Winter Wonderland, so I created this artwork with Perky Pelican flying in a sleigh with its friends over the town of Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Sketched in pencil. Scanned into the computer and floated. Painting, graphics, colors, effects, and text were done in Photoshop.
