I was commissioned by the city of Klamath Falls to create a design for their annual Snowflake Festival. The theme always had to incorporate Perky the Pelican who was their mascot. This year they chose the theme of homespun holidays, so this is the design I created to fit that theme.

Sketched in pencil. Scanned into the computer and floated. Painting, graphics, colors, effects, and text were done in Photoshop.
