This painting of these two chubby, spotted seals was inspired by the Harbor Seals that bask on the rocks at Coquille Point in Bandon, Oregon. The seals are protected from beach goers by a thin strip of ocean, but one can get quite close to them at low tide. I couldn’t resist doing this painting of these cute, chubby, spotted seals.
