Contented Wolf

Medium: Watercolor, Image Size: 12″h x 16″w, 2010.

This quick study of a wolf was done at the Sagebrush Rendezvous Quick Draw contest in Klamath Falls. I chose this wolf because it had a good feel about it. To meet the short deadline for the contest I focused only on the wolf, so I vignetted the wolf and made the background a loose watercolor wash.
