ABOUT THE ARTWORK:

This small watercolor study is of the scene from the northwest edge of the beach parking lot as seen from Harris Beach State Park on the southern Oregon coast near Brookings, Oregon. It was low tide and late afternoon when I saw this beautiful location. The creek in the mid-ground is Harris Creek. This view looks northwest and was dotted with abundant rocks and seastacks. It is a beautiful state park with scenic beaches, rock monoliths, islands, outcrops, meandering creeks, trails, wildlife, and a campground. It is a popular tourist destination.

Prints and paintings do not have the “Tarjan” watermarks on them.
