Jellyfish
Medium: Watercolor, Image Package Size: 8.5″h x11.5″w, 1982.
While I was attending U.C. Davis as a student and as an employee, I was supervisor to Terry Kinney who routed me some illustration accounts that I did in my spare time. The company was Sirius Software, and they commissioned me to do illustrations for their computer game covers. This artwork was for the game Jellyfish. This artwork predated computer art and Photoshop, so any special effects like bevel and emboss or any lettering that needed to be crisp and clean were done using friskits and air brush. It was old school skills.
