This was one of my favorite views of Mt. McLaughlin as seen from the Rocky Point Meadow in Rocky Point, oregon. Whenever I rode my bike around the meadow, I was treated to this scene. In spring and early summer, the meadow flooded and reflected this grand old volcano in the flood waters. It made a peaceful scene for this oil painting.
