This was one of my first landscape paintings in acrylics. I kept the style loose and colorful. This scene of the lighthouse is seen from the south side of the lighthouse at Fort Worden State Park in Port Townsend, WA. This scene is almost directly due east of the campground. From this angle the lighthouse has a lovely grassland in the foreground that adds a nice to touch to the composition.
