Reindeer Chaos

This artwork was created as my 2018 Christmas card. I modeled this in the style of my Funky Totems which is a colorful, graphic style with humorous characters. My Funky Totems are a modern-day twist on the ancient totems of indigenous peoples. Whereas our ancestors from long ago depicted the animals, plants, and spirit beings of their time, I have reinterpreted that simplistic style to show the many things that go on in our present-day culture. This totem depicts the chaos of playful reindeer who aren’t of much help to Santa.
