I saw these Sea Lions while hiking at Shore Acres State Park in southern Oregon near Coos Bay, Oregon. I was on a trail high on a bluff that overlooked the ocean, so the seals and sea lions felt safe from human intrusion, and they would haul out on the rocks to bask.
